Organizational Change Management Consultant – OCM | Spinnaker SCA Careers

What we're looking for

Spinnaker SCA, a Publicis Sapient company, is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support complex Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation as well as technology adoption initiatives across enterprise clients—particularly in the retail, distribution, and CPG sectors.

This role combines change strategy, business process alignment, and hands-on delivery to help organizations achieve lasting behavioral and structural change. As a member of our consulting team, you will research and analyze current-state processes, document future-state visions, prepare readiness plans, develop communication and training assets, and facilitate day-to-day client interactions. You’ll support both enterprise and functional transformations—helping clients shift culture, enable new systems, and accelerate value realization.

Required qualifications

Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, organizational psychology, HR or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required. Equivalent experience includes a proven track record of skills, professional accomplishments, or training related to the role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting organizational change management on one or more large-scale IT implementation projects (minimum of 25 active users per project)
• Current, industry-recognized OCM certification such as:
  • Prosci Change Management Certification
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
  • LaMarsh Change Management Methodology
  • APMG International Change Management Certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to cross-functional audiences
• Demonstrated skills in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and training preparation
• Analytical thinking and modeling capabilities; proficiency in Excel or similar analytical tools
• General business problem-solving skills with the ability to support testing or change impact analysis

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% based on client needs (including possible international travel)

Experience that's a plus

You’ll stand out if you also bring experience with:

• Prior experience supporting change in ERP, supply chain, planning, or digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with enterprise business process documentation tools and methodologies
• Hands-on experience preparing as-is/to-be process documentation, gap/impact analyses, and change readiness assessments
• Comfort leading small meetings or facilitating workshops with minimal oversight

What you'll actually do

• Support client engagements by documenting current- and future-state processes and evaluating change impacts
• Assist in the creation of OCM deliverables, including:
• As-is and to-be documentation
  • Gap analyses and change impact reports
  • Change readiness plans and stakeholder assessments
  • Communication materials and training content
• Help design and deliver transformation programs that align people, processes, and technology
• Prepare documentation, presentations, and collateral for use across the Spinnaker SCA consulting community
• Provide day-to-day support for meetings, internal coordination, and client communications
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support successful adoption of new systems or business models

Additional info

Pay Range: $70,000-230,000 USD + Bonus

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Spinnaker SCA. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
